Eligibility Criteria for Returns and Exchanges:

Since some products are customized, the return policy won't apply to all of the items. exchanges are possible for things that are made to order. All original tags must still be on the clothing, and everything must be in brand-new condition.

Within 30 days after the purchase date, requests for returns or exchanges must be submitted.

There are no returns or exchanges on anything designated as "Final Sale."

Easy Returns Process:

Carefully package the item in its original packaging to prevent damage during transit.

Returns for Refund:

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 business days.

Shipping charges for the original order are non-refundable.

Exchange Process:

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please indicate your preference during the return initiation.

We will process your exchange after receiving and inspecting the returned item.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

In the rare event that you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving the package.

We will provide a prepaid return label for damaged or incorrect items and promptly send a replacement or issue a refund, as per your preference.

International Returns:

Customers outside India are responsible for return shipping fees, as well as any customs duties or taxes associated with the return.

Notes on Hygiene Items:

For hygiene reasons, certain items such as lingerie, swimwear, and earrings are non-returnable.

Please retain your return tracking number until the return is fully processed.
